I worked alongside a team of Theatre and Assistant Managers helping take our locations through day to day operations in such a way as to thrive in the industry while creating excellent guest experiences. Working to help develop our theatres Leaders, I planned, scheduled and executed Cast Leader meetings where we strategize ways to meet the location performance goals. Monitoring the theatres metrics maintaining our Hours Per Patron ratio as well as our revenue to expense ratios, I have had a direct hand in controlling these aspects of the business. I was put in charge of a specific unit within our theatre and helped to ensure product levels were retained, fresh and produced to the best quality. I was tasked with assessing and handling guest concerns to meet a mutually satisfactory solution.
