- Under the guidance of Dr. Stephen Aylward, created the first open-source Python-based CT perfusion imaging toolbox- Developed a new post-processing method for CT perfusion images which involves the creation of an arterial input function from extracted blood vessels. This method is far more reliable than traditional heuristics used by radiologist.- This method could not only help in automated stroke identification but will also make medical imaging cheaper, more accurate and more accessible.

StethoDoc is the world’s first augmented reality guided stethoscope system which allows non-medical personnel to perform medical-grade pulmonary screening. Patent-pending.

Mentored by Prof. Yueh Lee. Created XPGAN, a novel patch-based generative adversarial network for super-resolution of low-dose X-rays.
