This was a major exercise both from program planning and execution perspective as the program was distributed geographically to several continents and consisted of dozens of sub projects.During the program, also a major R&D process related change was introduced as enterprise level agile product development process renewal - one of the first large-scale SAFe framework implementations in the industry - was piloted and institutionalized into operational use successfully. Despite the challenges, the system product was finished - unfortunately not reaching commercial success though. Some of the skills gained, intellectual property and technology assets were later utilized in other contexts.I learned a lot about corporate IT domain, new technologies and collaboration with technology suppliers.
