I hold a Sociology degree and a Public Management Master's degree. My professional interest is public policies, with a special focus on management improvement. I have worked within the public sector for over eight years and I like to collaborate on improving it every day.I have been working as a public sector consultant and as a trainer at Deloitte and everis for more than seven years and now I'm working as a freelance. This last three years, I have been focused on international institutions (such as European Commision and United Nations) projects related to the design and implementation of public policies in Europe and beyond. I have also worked inside the Catalan Public Administration as well as for non-profit sector. Since 2019, I co-coordinate the Barcelona Time Use Initiative, that aims at changing how we organise our time in our society.My main knowledge areas are:- Public managment, specially regarding public procurement policies- Training managment- Public policies analysis- Political communication- Time policies
