Coordinate World Language Department, including grades 6-12 Spanish Dual Language Program, ENL/ESL Program, and Foreign Language Program at an International Spanish Academy (ISA) as designated by the Spanish Ministry of Education. Oversee operations, strategic partnerships, fundraising, budgeting, and overall development for a humanitarian equity-focused community-based organization with over 500 volunteers that has served tens of thousands of New Yorkers as well as recently arrived migrant people in need. Build and maintain strong relationships with local, national, and international stakeholders in public and private partnerships as well as media outlets. Co-lead development of AyudaNYC app, a free multilingual multi-platform application offering information and assistance to New Yorkers in needProvide support and direct assistance to families in need, including access to community fridges, food and essential item distributions, and referral to housing, legal, and healthcare support. To date, South Bronx Mutual Aid has distributed over 300,000 meals, 50,000 grocery packages, and 450 tons of essential items (PPE, etc) to the public. Provide immediate disaster and emergency relief to Bronx families following disasters and states-of-emergency. Oversaw distribution of $150,000 in cash cards to Bronx Twin Parks fire victims as well as hundreds of essential care kit packages and homegoods in partnership with Global Empowerment Mission (GEM) and BStrong Foundation.

Designed and coordinated a pilot summer literacy intervention camp for approximately 55 at-risk rising second graders and 22 teachers and tutors in East Harlem. Instruction primarily featured the Reading Rescue program designed by Dr. Nora Hoover and The Literacy Trust, Inc, along with ESL and intervention one-to-one instruction, as well as small group and whole group enrichment courses in engaging children's literature and Architecture/Blocks. Program was sponsored by the Benedict Silverman Foundation and the Literacy Trust, and was hosted at the Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College.
