I am a proud Wildcat Alumni from the University of Arizona, graduating in 2014 with a B.S. degree, majoring in Retailing and Consumer Sciences with a Minor in Business Administration. I have also earned an Associates Degree in Fine Arts, with a Fashion Design focus. I began my working career in Retail for major companies such as JCPenney, H&M, and Dillards, working in various roles of Customer Service and as interning in the Store Management program at Dillards. Through retail, I have gained problem solving skills, time management, negotiation, customer service, and have excelled in sales and performance goals. After college, I began my career in the Logistics Industry, working for UPS in inside sales within the Business Development Department. I worked directly with Business clients, providing market insights to help grow and nurture their business to reach new customer and market within new territories. I assisted in implementation of software, programs, and process flows to make their business run more efficiently. I then continued in the Logistics industry with Wayfair, coordinating shipments to customers, establishing the best routes, and ensuring customer satisfaction as well as developing employee job satisfaction programs. Now, I look forward to pursuing a career in the Customer Success Management and Account Management roles. These roles contain everything I have loved from my previous positions wrapped up into one. I love working with Businesses and helping them to succeed and grow. I enjoy educating clients on tools that will benefit their company overall and create processes that create better efficiencies within the business. And I love make sure my clients are happy and satisfied with the assistance they receive from me to solve their problems and anticipate their needs. This is my dream role.Currently, I have begun my Content Creation journey as my passion project to share advice gained from life experiences and my faith on Youtube, Instagram, and TikTok. I hope to grow this further and create a community of positivity and wellness.
