Then initiated and wrote over 400 pages of capacity-building resources for staff, developed hours of online and virtual training, secured a couple of multinational curriculum partnerships to reduce curriculum costs and increase locally-driven staff training opportunities, and adapted one program model from staff-led to locally-led to increase local decision-making and decrease program costs across many countries. This helped lay the groundwork for more efficient program expansion.
