Develop and execute proactive press strategy for agency initiatives, major announcements, and events. Generate press coverage through dynamic pitching to targeted media outlets, coordinate press conferences and agency interviews. Prepare press materials (press releases, media advisories, statements, and other external communications) that reflect the agency's overall communication strategy. Work closely with partner agencies to plan joint events including roundtable, press conferences, and panel discussions.

- Lead internal processes to define product strategy, roadmap, KPIs, and priorities. - Develop and implement training modules for frontline staff to prepare for launch - Facilitate all duties of mobile ticketing application by providing customer service, active monitoring of all email, tracking analytics, increasing sales, troubleshooting and frequent communication with application developers - Collaborate with Marketing to develop promotional plans to meet and exceed performance goals for the application- Support Business Development Analyst to build relationships with hotels, tourists associations and local businesses in growing transit pass sales - Plan and execute staff events, including the annual staff Holiday Party - Write copy for internal and external campaigns, weekly and quarterly newsletters, and social media posts - Conduct speaking engagements and presentations on various topics including the mobile application to internal and external audiences - Manage and submit all invoicing and billing for department, including adding new vendors, submitting new vendor requests and working with Accounts Payable to expedite vendor invoices- Facilitate the management of the installation of multi-format readers and software integration- Manage purchasing and inventory of all promotional items for the agency- Update social media as needed- Contribute to the innovative direction of the agency by interacting heavily with Executive Team and IT professionals.

- Assist School Based Account Manager with daily duties including drafting emails, scheduling and attending meetings, and working on contracts and proposals - Schedule and conduct auditions and interviews for potential new hire candidates - Manage School Based Teachers by scheduling meetings, performance evaluations, and school visits- Produce activities and presentations to utilize in classroom settings - Present College Readiness seminars at high schools in the New Orleans area - Assist students with technical and class related questions and inquiries - Collaborate with Sales Team to come up with and implement new marketing techniques to reach various demographics - Utilize consultative sales to meet the needs of potential and existing customers
