Managing a team of 10 developers to prepare for 11th iteration of our hackathon. This year's goal of technical team is to 1. Create a Judging portal based on MLH judging guidelines and the stack ranking algorithm2. Refactor the codebase to ensure the codebase is clean and efficient3. New full stack applicant portal:Created a new applicant portal using the T3 stack (Typescript, Trpc, Tailwind) with Next.js as the framework which improved user exprience for 1500+ applicants per year. The website is created using Astro.js which gives the flexibility of allowing anyone with any web dev background to contribute. That's because Astro.js is framework agnostic and you can mix code written for React.js with Vue.js or even vanilla javascript and html. Show less

I was also in charge of responding to any grading concerns.Course: COMPSCI 1MD3Introductory python course where I held tutorial sessions weekly going over extra exercises to help solidify the concepts from lectures.
