I was promoted to Corporate Specialist in May 2019, with the intention of bringing insight from my managerial experience in my previous role in operations. I was on a fast track training program, and used the knowledge I gained to create stability, structure, training, and resource materials. During this duty I also continued my role on a customer service level. I use excellent customer service and various skills, to help coordinate all the moving parts that our corporate clients order requires. I also learned how to process payments via net30 invoicing.

At this call center, I grew into the supervisor role, and spent over two years managing the sales force. I worked within a team of supervisors, each having their area of focus. My responsibilities included monitoring agent calls, upleveling agents, conflict resolution, performance analysis, taking higher level calls, staffing projections and scheduling, delivering correctional and rewarding messages, coordinating and hosting meetings, and attendance management. I assisted HR with the daily attendance management, including reviewing and adjusting hourly employees timesheets before handing the final report to payroll, delivering correctional messages in regards to employees with poor attendance, and managing time off. I also created many presentations and training materials for the company, and trained many of the employees.
