Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), mainly responsible for the brand marketing team and overseas business unit. 1. Recruitment: have successfully recruited 13 employees, supervisor to manager level.2. Training: have participated in planning and organizing of the training and rotation project for the members of campus recruitment.3. Employee relationship: have participated in four employee relationship cases of whole process, including employee retraining assessment and employment termination of under probation staffs or incompetence experienced employees.4. Organizational development: periodically reviewed the talent pool and the organizational ability of the team, diagnosed organizational problems, and kept the team dynamics through multi-dimensional talent selection, training and retention.5. Performance: according to company's strategy and annual plan, formulated the performance indicators and incentive schemes to ensure them meet the target.

Mainly responsible for the recruitment of senior candidate in two directions:1. Set up a new business or a new team, included but not limited in medical internet project, new retail development team, new brand team, high-end brand team. Have recruited about 10 talents, manager to director level.2. Recruitment for other key positions in the group:A number of more than 40 people have been successfully recruited, including 2 candidates at director level and above, 11 candidates at manager to senior manager level, and more than 30 candidates at supervisor level.

Be responsible for the whole recruitment process independently, focusing on the recruitment of talents in the retail, FMCG and catering industries, helping clients achieve business success through rapid and effective recruitment of appropriate talents, and enabling candidates to achieve career development.1. Nearly 20 successful recruitment cases have been completed, bringing 1500k benefits to the company within two years. An average of 1.3 months to complete one recruitment case. The positions include but are not limited to senior construction director, senior marketing director, operation director, senior merchandising manager and operation manager. 2. More than 10 talent mapping reports have been conducted to clients.
