I am a recent 2023 graduate of the University of Edinburgh, where I earned my Masters of Science in Human Osteoarchaeology. I also graduated from Ohio University's Honors Tutorial College in 2022 with my Bachelors of Arts in Anthropology, History Minor, Museum Studies Certificate, and two Leadership Certificates.My undergraduate studies were multidisciplinary in nature including the fields of geology, paleontology, Classics, archaeology, human osteology, medical anthropology, European medieval history, and paleopathology. My honors dissertation project focused on interpreting degenerative joint disease and DISH in female skeletons from Ohio State University's European Module Excel spreadsheet.My graduate studies in Edinburgh were focused on musculoskeletal anatomy, skeletal pathology, research analysis and interpretation, archaeological illustration, and analytical methods in osteoarchaeology. My MSc thesis focused on the frequency and size of calcaneal spurs in the medieval Scottish population represented in the University's curated collection.I am currently a volunteer at the Cleveland Museum of Natural History in the Biological Anthropology department. I help with enabling and rehousing for the various collections in the department, the main being the renowned Hamann-Todd Collection. I am open to work related to museums, universities, and private companies for archaeological research.
