Functions: - Implement and facilitate the promotion and marketing strategies defined by the DCMV in addition to coordinating all social, corporate, educational events.- In charge of training operational personnel, negotiation strategies, and group management. - Ensure that the conditions, accumulation, and redemption of the ESTELAR hotel loyalty programs are met.- Participate and lead decisions regarding hotel overselling management and public relations regarding the media and influential people in the sector.- Conduct competitive hotel market research analysis and innovative hotel experience. - Create commercial strategies and verify customer comments ratings for all services provided by the hotel. - Communicate, disseminate, socialize appropriately to the different internal and external actors, execution, control and monitoring of actions and activities.- Manage all corporate policies, rules, procedures, and programs established by ESTELAR Hotels.- Accommodate quotes for groups, logistics and events in addition to customer follow ups. - Oversee commercial visits in the main cities of the country.
