- Prospecting, sourcing, and screening candidates to identify fit with particular positions, including contacting candidate references and verifying education requirements.- Interview candidates through phone screenings and video interviews to ensure hiring deadlines are met and candidates receive an efficient recruiting experience, through the use of an Applicant Tracking System, and job boards.- Track & measure recruiting & retention metrics, adjusting strategy and tactics as-needed based on findings, to improve current processes to ensure smooth, scalable operation of our sales team pipeline.- Provide intuitive support to hiring managers & internal recruiting team in regards to implementing and maintaining an organized recruiting and hiring process.- Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting & hiring process, by setting clear expectations for candidates at every step of the recruiting process and prioritizing following up communications with candidates in regards to next steps and outcomes.

- Serve as the support contact for Amazon employees with questions about their time away from work due to illness- Take ownership of employee contacts ensuring that each contact is accepted and resolved with a high degree of customer focus- Build customer trust by empathetic handling of sensitive issues- Resolve queries via phone or web case and log contacts into the shared service case managementsystem- Assess new claims and make accurate classifications about the type of absence required- Handle customer absence claims end to end and contact customers to inform them of resolution,when appropriate- Navigate ambiguous claim requests and apply good judgement about how to apply policy andregulations to the case in question

- Responsible for recruitment administration and support to the recruiting process, including tracking and supporting job postings, applicant communication, and the applicant tracking system - Participates, develops, and executes innovative recruiting techniques to acquire highest qualified candidates in assigned market - Maintains external recruiting accounts, job postings, and job boards - Coordinates and participates in various sourcing activists; including: attending career fairs and other networking events - Updates internal ATS and provides recruiting activity reports to management team - Completes high-volume full-cycle recruiting process, including: identify and sort qualified candidates, pre-screen and interview applicants, send offer letters, process new hire paperwork, submit necessary employee information as required by the client/healthcare facilities, confirm training dates/new hire attendance, and process resignations and terminations.
