▪ Worked as a full-stack web developer for RetGrid (http://retgrid.com), building a minimum viable product for a web application that allows agents to coordinate the whole buying process with their clients. The application allows buyers and their agents to search MLS data, save searches, plan home tours, exchange notes about properties, track buyer favorites, follow-up communications among buyers, buyers agents, listing agents, and initiating and tracking transactions to completion. The site aggregates data from the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), GreatSchools, state licensing boards, etc..▪ Implemented a SPA/ASP.Net MVC web application backed by Microsoft SQL Server database exposed via RESTful Web API. Web client employs AngularJS, responsive web design for desktop, tablet and mobile devices. Agile development process with daily standups and Trello for task management.▪ Visual Studio 2015, SQL Server Management Studio, Team Foundation Server (TFS), Chrome Developer Tools, JSON Lint, C#, Transact-SQL, JavaScript, MVC 5, Web Api 2.0, JSON Serialization, AJAX, jQuery, AngularJS, Bootstrap 3.0, CSS3, Google Maps, AWS S3, MVC Attribute Routing and Trello.▪ Personally implemented the import from Multiple Listing Service API, complex search functionality, file upload to AWS S3 and Transaction Template subsystem.
