As a Recruitment Advisor at Wise Management Services, I partner with various stakeholders, such as hiring managers, HR teams, and candidates, to understand their needs, preferences, and goals, and to provide them with effective and efficient recruitment solutions. I also supported the continuous improvement of the recruitment process and the quality of the candidate experience, by providing feedback, insights, and recommendations based on data and best practices. Before joining Wise Management Services, I worked as a Level 2 Customer Compliance Specialist at Inland Revenue NZ for seven years, where I gained valuable experience in regulatory compliance, call control, leadership, coaching, training, business risk management and customer service. I handled complex legal enforcement cases, whilst negotiating debt recovery, ongoing compliance and ensured that the customers complied with the tax laws and regulations. I also delivered high-quality service to the customers, by resolving their queries, issues, and complaints, and by educating them on their rights and obligations. I completed a Diploma of Psychology at the Open Polytechnic of New Zealand, where I am learning about the theories and applications of applied psychology in various domains, such as organizational, social, and applied psychology. I am passionate about understanding human behavior and motivation, and how they affect personal and professional outcomes. I am also interested in developing my skills in research, analysis, and communication, and in applying them to enhance the well-being and performance of individuals and groups.
