Fall Program for Freshmen at UC BerkeleyOnline Advising Curriculum: FPF Lead for Golden Bear Advising (GBA) content development. Under my direction, our program received higher student evaluation results than general first-year population. Proactive Advising: Planned and implemented early intervention advising with mid-semester grades to prevent probation. Improved language/tone of notifications, resulting in higher response rates (about 100% increase).Training and Management: Presented training for campus partners on recruitment of prospective students. Created and managed FPF Ambassadors Program (peer advising) and training curriculum. Event Planning: Created content for large-scale recruitment events such as New Student Orientation and Cal Day (open house). Served approx. 1000 attendees annually for FPF-specific events. Policy Analysis: Maintained and edited policy to align with L&S College.
