Assist the Director of Security, VP of Security, and Senior Manager of Security with pertinent administrative duties. Prepare security reports for NFL, MLS, and MBS Major Events for official review and code of conduct discussion. Design and distribute seasonal game-day credentials to proper departments and staff prior to stadium events. Support the operations of private events throughout the stadium on a weekly basis. Aid the functions of the stadium by frequently working major events in the Stadium Operation Center (SOC).

The Security Department Administrative Assistant is involved in all aspects of supporting the Mercedes-Benz Stadium Security Department and security contractors. The Security Department Administrative Assistant contributes to and execute the NFL Code of Conduct reporting, is a master user of the stadium incident tracking program, and liaison with numerous departments on achieving synergy. The Security Department Administrative Assistant reports to the Security Coordinator at Mercedes-Benz Stadium.

Assist Suite Level Service Coordinators with suite operations on a day to day basis. This includes: inspections, ordering suite signs, distributing programs. Also assist with the supervision of a part time staff of 30 on event days under the supervision of the Signature Service Manager. Develop a general understanding of Mercedes-Benz Stadium operational departments including engineering, building services, security, food services, event services, guest management, and sales by assisting with cross department event related goals and responsibilities. Assist Signature Services Manager on special projects and events including value-added programs, marketing and communication campaigns, staff training and development, survey and feedback collection, etc.

Serve as the point of contact for the exceptional hospitality experience at the College Football Hall of Fame. Actively engage with all guests and anticipate their needs including providing maps and promotional materials. Manage necessary crowd control throughout the exhibits, including organizations of lines and flow of traffic through the CFHOF.

Sell merchandise to fans and customers utilizing Point of Sale (POS) registers. Provide outstanding customer service at all times. Achieve sales productivity goals. Assist with merchandising of products and visual displays.

Serve as a game manager for the varsity sports at Emory University which include men’s and women’s soccer, volleyball, men’s and women’s basketball, men’s and women’s swimming, baseball, men’s and women’s tennis, softball and men’s and women’s track & field. Coordinate the day-to-day operations related to event administration at each venue. This includes set-up and breakdown of all event-related equipment as well as operation of scoreboards and electronic sound equipment for each venue. Implement and execute the day-to-day marketing activities within the Athletic Department, including the coordination of marketing plans, promotional plans, and selected event management for department-sanctioned athletic events. Serve as a liaison for Athletics and other departments on campus for marketing and events.
