I created paintings under the guidance of professional artist Jill Pottle. Also, the internship had a focus on marketing of oneself and artwork. I helped cultivate her social media presence through Facebook, Instagram and Shopify.

I created 3 custom painted boards for the back of the store where they could post announcements and seasonal information for employees. I created a board for Fall, Winter and Spring. My artwork was also featured in the lobby of the store two times for a few months each. I hung around 2-4 pieces each time. I also helped create community boards in the lobby where customers could post answers and drawings regarding a seasonal question.

This position included making beverages in a fast paced group environment. I used the Point of Service to ring customers up, which required strong customer service skills. Also, I did a lot of deep cleaning and organization of the store.
