PGH Wong Engineering, Inc. is a leader in infrastructure engineering, project management and construction management. The firm provides the full range and depth of specialized engineering, architectural, program management, project management, construction management, testing, startup, and commissioning services. I am responsible in leading the proposal efforts from go/no go decision, scheduling, proposal management, subconsultant coordination, and production.

The mission of AAAE is to advocate and practice equal opportunities, professional excellence, and social responsibility. The Asian American Architects and Engineers (AAAE) was founded in 1978 by San Francisco Bay Area design professionals with the goal of increasing contact opportunities for Asian Americans and small businesses in the design and engineering fields. Over the past 34 years, AAAE has been instrumental for hundreds of small firms and MWBE/LBE professionals advocating equal opportunities and professional excellence in the Bay Area. At AAAE, I provide design and event planning support. My responsibilities include maintaining the organization website, providing website technical support for members, and maintaining member database. I am also an integral part of the organization's annual dinner events, which is AAAE's biggest event in bringing Bay Area A/E companies together. I provide event material design (invitations, programs, slideshows, etc) and production, managing RSVPs, and event photography.

Founded in 2011, Aetypic is a multidisciplinary practice in architecture + engineering providing professional services in architecture, civil and structural engineering, and construction management. It was spun-off from AGS, Inc. to focus more architecture. As a multi-function team member, my duties range from business development, proposal preparation and coordination, to creative services to IT to office management.Responsibilities include:- Proposals preparation.- Graphic design for brochures, statement of qualifications, and other printed materials.- Print production (in-house and outside vendor).- IT support including new employee workstation set up, workstation reassignment, networking, VoIP, PC maintenance, software updates, printer maintenance, and security system (CCTV, electronic lock) maintenance.- Administrative and office management.

At AGS, I serve as a multi-function team member with responsibilities ranging from administrative duties, working with the head of business development on RFP preparations, website design and maintenance, print production, to production of other branding material such as company branded apparel and vehicles. As the only team member in the creative side of the marketing group, I am also responsible for ensuring consistency of the visual look and feel of the company’s branding. AGS is a local multi-disciplinary engineering company providing services in civil, structural, geotechnical, and environmental engineering, architecture, sustainable design, as well as construction and program management.

At Annuvia, I developed new company brand compliant marketing materials. As a result, the company now has brand consistency in all of its marketing materials which includes sales folders, direct mail postcards, flyers, presentations, case studies, RFP’s, e-mail newsletters, and other tradeshow materials. Because of my strong experience in the print industry, I was the main point of contact with print vendors and was responsible for monitoring all aspects of production including press checks and quality checks. Other duties include maintaining graphic libraries such as royalty-free photos, company logos, and templates, organizing and maintaining all project files, tracking pay-per-click campaigns, new business opportunity marketing research, and light administrative work. Annuvia (www.annuvia.com) is fast-growing, small company, and one of the leading health, safety, emergency preparedness, and emergency response organizations in the United States.
