- Support project teams across all regions with the design and implementation of impact evaluations for the childcare evaluations’ portfolio, focusing on measuring early childhood development and female labor force participation outcomes.- Support the coordination and monitoring of Bank and recipient-executed grants.- Develop guidances on the care economy and social norms, and its interrelatedness with childcare.

▪ Provide support in mainstreaming GBV actions in WB operations in Latin America & the Caribbean Region (LCR). ▪ Coordinate and conduct trainings for WB staff on the intersection of GBV and WB sectors (education, among others).▪ Oversee the Gender Tag for GBV-related projects in LCR.

Support research on measuring parenting practices, risks to Early Childhood Development, and access to support using phone surveys in West Africa (Cote D'Ivoire, Mauritania, Niger, The Gambia), in the context of a grant from the Early Learning Partnership Trust Fund.

▪ Conducted a multi-country learning exercise on gender mainstreaming in School Feeding programs across all WFP regional offices, including nine case studies from Rwanda, Côte d’Ivoire, Malawi, Yemen, Cambodia, Afghanistan, Haiti and Ecuador.▪ Developed a guidance to support the integration of gender transformative approaches in School Feeding programs.▪ Developed a guidance on mainstreaming gender across the Home-grown School Feeding value chain to achieve Women’s Economic Empowerment. ▪ Supported the development of a Social Norms training focused on School Feeding programs.

▪ Co-authored a WBG 10-year GBV strategic review report, comprising all the WB operations that incorporated actions on GBV prevention and response since 2012. ▪ Co-authored two sectoral briefs for the Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG) Resource Guide: one on the intersection with Disaster Risk Management (DRM) and another one on the intersection with Agriculture.▪ Conducted literature reviews on successful interventions to reduce GBV across several areas, including: Violence Against Children (VAC) in FCV and non FCV settings, and education programs working towards the prevention and response of GBV. ▪ Provided analytical support in mainstreaming GBV actions in WB operations. ▪ Partnered with the WB GBV Latin American and the Caribbean team in the creation of a regional data visualization tool in Power BI. ▪ Monitored the progress of the Development Marketplace Award Initiative, in partnership with the Sexual Violence Research Initiative (SVRI).▪ Supported the coordination of the GBV Community of Practice (CoP) at the WBG.▪ Organized events and campaigns (including the 16 Days of Activism against gender-based violence) to expand the GBV research and operational agenda worldwide, in coordination with other global practices and external actors.

▪ Lead the quantitative and qualitative analysis of the Home-Based Reading (HBR) project’s first component conducted in Cambodia and its final report.▪ Support the development of the HBR project’s second component, coordinating the work with stakeholders in the field.

▪ Conducted data analysis for the KiuFunza III Randomized Controlled Trial (RCT) in Tanzania, which consisted in an impact evaluation of a teacher incentives program for the first grades in primary school.▪ Monitored KiuFunza's Midline and Endline data collection in the period 2020-2021. ▪ Tested instruments in SurveyCTO.

▪ Supported the quantitative analysis for an impact evaluation on the effectiveness of traction kits on improving households cotton productivity with a gender perspective, in partnership with Cote d’Ivoire’s Ministry of Agriculture.
