Recovering from my own voice injury gave me many tools to use to help you.

I have over 30 years of experience in therapeutic massage. I receive patient referrals from M.D.s, osteopaths, chiropractors, physical therapists, acupuncturists, and dentists. I work with your other providers when necessary to optimize your healing. Sessions may include sound therapy and Advanced Light Therapy with DreamSpa.I received a Massage Therapist degree in 1984 from the Swedish Institute (New York City). I studied CranioSacral Therapy with John Upledger, D.O., completing his Advanced Course in 1991, and have made a personal study of trigger point release work. After moving to California, I was on staff at Adams & Schmidt Physical Therapy in the Santa Cruz area for almost 9 years, specializing in injury rehabilitation and sacroiliac joint dysfunction. I have taught yoga and back-care exercise classes.Each session is tailored to you, with touch ranging from deep to subtle depending on your preferences and needs.

Voice coaching & lessons, specialized music programs (affordable, effective home-based programs, combining listening to specially engineered and filtered music with ear/voice training to improve auditory processing abilities, vocal control and re-train the brain). I made my European debut in Carmina Burana in Teplice, Czech Republic and Krakow, Poland, with the L'vov Symphony. My opera roles include Fiordiligi in Cosi Fan Tutte, the Sandman and Dew Fairy in Hansel and Gretel, Fallon in The Tale of the No-Name Ogre (a role written for me by composer Stephen Tosh), and Fire, Princess and Nightingale in Ravel's The Bewitched Child. Concert performances include Bach's St. Matthew Passion, B Minor Mass and Magnificat, and Verdi's Requiem. I have performed in recital at First Night! Santa Cruz and other venues. I have been a soloist with Santa Cruz County Symphony, Ensemble Monterey, Cantiamo! Cabrillo, Cabrillo Chorus, Santa Cruz Youth Symphony, i Cantori de Carmel and others.
