I am a dedicated professional with a strong academic and professional background in Innovation and Technology. I hold a Ph.D. in Management at UFRGS (Brazil), with a focus on Innovation, Technology, and Sustainability, as well as a postdoctoral fellowship from the Innovation Research Center (NITEC/UFRGS), where I specialized in agribusiness innovation.Currently, I am a junior researcher at INESC TEC, contributing to the Resilient Industry Supply Chain Enhancement for SMEs (RISE-SME) project. My work involves strengthening resilient industrial supply chains for SMEs, fostering strategic sectoral discussions to enhance the competitiveness and sustainability of SMEs.I bring valuable experience as an educator, having taught undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Management and Business at UniRitter and IFRS, as well as serving as a tutor for undergraduate programs at PUC-RS. Sharing my passion and expertise in innovative management with future leaders and entrepreneurs has been one of the most rewarding aspects of my professional journey.
