Member of the Executive Committee as one of the directors, Ariane Bouzette is head of initiatives for the improvement and optimization of operations with a specific focus on transversally-integrated processes. In that context she contributes to the elaboration of the strategic plan of the Hospital and to its implementation in the field. Ariane Bouzette has fully developed her enthusiasm for the LEAN management and spent lots of her time to encourage its culture and associated initiatives in the hospital.
