Inside Rotterdam takes visitors of Rotterdam on a trip to discover the real nature of the city. In small groups you explore Rotterdam with different eyes, and get a real behind the scenes look. Going inside the heart and soul of the city and meet the people, places and businesses that make Rotterdam such a fantastic place. Local, unique and exclusive.At the moment we are offering different thematic tours: Highlights, Harbour, Wild West, Food 'n Route and Rooftops.My role includes:- Overall business operations, including: strategy, finance, product development, communications, marketing and sales- Coordination and management of a team of ten guides- Organization of (half) day programs for up to 200 peopleAchievement: Currently (since 2015) more than 1000 tours provided and more than 9000 satisfied customers.
