Hi there! I'm a mixed-method user experience researcher, strategist, and creative problem solver at heart. In my work, I'm applying both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies to gather comprehensive user insights; viz. in-depth interviews, contextual and ethnographic methods, surveys, card sorting, tree testing, usability, benchmarking, participatory design, A/B or multivariate testing. Who am I as a researcher?I use research extensively to look, listen, and learn about problems, people, processes, and experiences. I'm used to chaos, in and out of projects, and excel at bringing order to it using effective communication, visualization, and collaboration. I'm experienced in conducting research across the entire product lifecycle, from early-stage generative research to later-stage evaluative studies. As a leader, I help teams bring projects to completion with purpose, people, and process while achieving better collective outcomes. What makes me stand out? I've worked in a variety of industries and problem spaces. I've acquired valuable experience in analyzing complex data sets and triangulating data from multiple sources to derive meaningful insights into compelling stories. I also hold strong project management and collaboration skills, with experience in leading strategic UX research projects, leading program initiatives such as User Profiles and Journeys, and building research operations across large organizations.I love this work and I love people. I'm good at what I do because I'm extremely curious, empathetic, efficient, and a team player, which allows me to build relationships and trust with stakeholders and users. I'm always learning and growing, looking forward to challenges as it's an integral part of my professional experience and impact.
