In this role I managed all of Kea’s digital touch-points including the Kea community database, website, eDM/digital newsletters, surveys, and social channels. I also led all design work, completing a full rebrand and designing all new collateral. In 2020 I helped Kea support Kiwis returning to New Zealand and living offshore by developing an updated user friendly website and creating the Welcome Home Survey.

Palmerston North

This role involved auditing Horizons’ digital processes, websites, social channels and developing new systems for reporting and new strategies across social and web. Leading behavioural change across the organisation to utilise digital tools and platforms. Agile project management across a variety of digital projects including implementation of live streaming of Council meetings, and leading new website builds including the new Horizons intranet. Stakeholder workshops, audience profiling, development of user stories and UX design. Content strategy and development across Horizons and associated brands websites and social channels.

This role involved planning marketing campaigns and strategy, negotiating with media partners, and booking media. As well as overseeing implementation of campaigns on self-service social platforms and optimising performance. I was also responsible for developing reports and presenting to clients. Organisation and time management was essential for this role, which was fast paced and required prioritisation of tasks and integrated communication across teams to achieve results. My key clients were Tourism New Zealand Premium, Chorus, and Beehive.

As a key point of contact between the agency and the client this role centred around growing and maintaining positive relationships. It was fast-paced and multifaceted. I wore many hats and had to adapt rapidly based on the requirements of the project. I played a role in many large web projects as a project manager and worked closely with the digital and design teams. With a focus on research, data analysis, user journey development and UX design, running client workshops, and proofing copy and design. My key clients were Auckland Council, Fletcher Building, Mixit, and Workshop6.
