“The older I get, the greater power I seem to have to help the world; I am like a snowball—the further I am rolled the more I gain.” Susan B. AnthonyBearing the name Ariane is no accident, because it tells an interesting story about someone guiding those who are lost, to get out of labyrinths by giving them a thread.Raised in a family of musicians and actors, Ariane Belanger first responded to the call of the arts. Quickly, on the film sets where she evolved as a child actress, her gaze turned towards the backstage, her lens of understanding of the workings of the artistic field sharpened: a seed was sown. After obtaining a diploma in Theater from Lionel-Groulx College, she held various management positions in the Quebec arts community for more than 20 years. Sometimes project manager at Festival Juste pour rire, General Coordinator of the Arts Day Camp offered by the Festival Vue sur la relève, Culture and Heritage Development Agent for a rural municipality or Producer and Cinema Teacher at Traveling Theatre, her rich and diversified career naturally led her to become more and more specialized in Strategic Arts Development.Acting as a sentinel who watches over the healthy culture of organization of businesses is her mission. As a visionary, Ariane offers her teams methods based on the Design Thinking principles and focuses on a more human approach to business management. With a Master's degree in Cultural Business Management from HEC Montreal, she continues her research to find ways to integrate the creative process into the business world.
