Brand Manager
Current- Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify opportunities for product innovation and development, working closely with R&D & quality teams.- Create and manage marketing campaigns and initiatives that effectively communicate the brand's value proposition and resonate with target audiences and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.- Managing the end-to-end product development process, including recipe creation, testing, packaging, and launch.- Managing the launch in a new country analyzing the customers’ needs and adapting the offer and the communication to ensure a successful launch.
