- Business Partner Support Operation for Resellers, Solution Providers and Distributors;- Manage and control Business Partners contracts record, renewals and terminations;- Main focal for Business controls and audits;- Responsible for control and coordinate the update of all desk procedures and mid level procedures;- Main focal for control and manage system accesses and Separation of Duties (SOD) management;- Main focal for process transitions and change management
