Eight years ago, I joined Deloitte to contribute to their nascent digital offering. I advised executives on their strategic journey, led innovative product development, orchestrated teams in project delivery, managed one of Deloitte’s biggest account and nurtured tech partnerships for the Montreal office. Throughout my journey, I had the chance to collaborate with leaders and mentors who have been an important source of motivation. After many years of work with Desjardins, I joined the office of the CIO to operate their digital transformation program. Today, I apply my approach to business transformation to a Digital Agency & Factory I co-founded. I lead the service division to deploy our problem-solvers to organizations whom are going digital. To facilitate this endeavor, I leverage the technologies the company has been working on and I oversea the development of digital tools.
