Coordinate raw and pack material replenishment team in order to create a lean process and eliminate losses among all the supply chain, from the supplier to our customers.

Based in the first IL6S Europe plant in Mondelez (ex Kraft), I schedule the weekly production on the 8 lines of the plant according to cost reduction and optimization flow, tranferred to the plant the priority and decided which is the critical product to produce during an issue on the lines. I coordinate the E2E SupplyNetwork pillar as a leader. I used to help the HR people to have an overview of absenteeism and people management. According to the IL6S journey i help the AM pillar in order to coordinate all the activities in the plant and also cooperate with the E&T pillar in the snacking area to support the section and transfer the instruments linked to this journey.

First step focus on the Supply Chain KPIs development and monitoring them.According to the ILS6, I need to work out on the Supply Network Pillar, try to build it as the other living pillar.

Support the PS team in the T&W Loss Analysis journey, focusing on the optimizing flow of the Gillette Supply Chain and leading the operational communication between plant and lead team.Support the Category Supply Planner with the continuous improvement of the daily,weekly and monthly report.
