As an Operations Department Specialist at Berklee College of Music, I support the daily operations of the largest independent college of contemporary music in the world. I work with various departments and stakeholders to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of services and programs to students, faculty, staff, and visitors. I also have a passion for public health and safety, and I served as a Covid Contact Tracer for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, where I help identify and notify people who have been exposed to the virus and provide them with guidance and resources. I am carry a degree in Business Administration and Management at Southern New Hampshire University, and I have an associate's degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from Salem State University. I have more than six years of experience in the hospitality industry, where I honed my skills in team leadership, customer service, and event planning.
