With a Master of Science in Drug Innovation from Utrecht University and nearly two years of research experience, I am a passionate and skilled scientist in the field of gene therapy and drug delivery systems. I have gained hands-on involvement in developing and testing novel therapeutics for various diseases, using cutting-edge techniques and technologies. As a research intern at Utrecht University, I have contributed to two impactful projects: one on extracellular vesicles as a drug delivery system for gene therapy, and another on a peptide-based vaccine for Chlamydia Trachomatis. In both projects, I have demonstrated my ability to perform experiments, analyze data, and communicate results effectively. I have also collaborated with diverse and multidisciplinary teams, learning from their expertise and perspectives.
