SWAC also tackles the impacts of climate change and urbanisation, promoting sustainable solutions to enhance resilience and improve livelihoods in West African communities.I develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies to enhance the visibility and impact of SWAC's initiatives. This involves producing high-quality content for various platforms, including reports, press releases, social media management, newsletters, and multimedia content, ensuring alignment with SWAC's mission and objectives. I also foster relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, non-governmental organisations, international bodies and the media to promote SWAC’s work and initiatives.

I develop and implement tailored multichannel communications strategies with the end goal of encouraging policymakers, government and non-government actors in adopting anti-corruption policy reforms that meet international standards. I turn complex themes into digestible content, such as speeches, press releases, website text, and promotional material. I coordinate the distribution of Anti-Corruption Network for Eastern Europe and Central Asia (ACN) knowledge products and promote these through new and existing communications channels. I executed communications plans for high-level events and flagship publications. I provided editorial support and designed adaptable branding for digital and print. I created and drafted 200+ web pages on OECD.org, while ensuring up-to-date content. I also drafted and designed promotional products using Adobe Creative Cloud. I was the first point of contact for video interviewing high-level government officials and world-renowned experts. I drafted video script, shot, edited and post-produced these videos. I developed positive working relationships with key media contacts and enabled colleagues to respond effectively.I created and maintained databases for target media, influencers and stakeholders to ensure the effective communication of key DAF messages to unaware, underrepresented and other new and influential audiences. I proactively looked to increase the coverage and impact of key DAF work by identifying engagement opportunities.

Guests were served dinner by the San Antonio Spurs, a team of the National Basketball Association (NBA). I also assisted in human resources of 85 employees (payroll, tax forms, calculation of tips) and met with investors and a certified public accountant bi-annually to discuss budget and to present a profit and loss statement with roughly 5 million dollars in annual sales.
