As a holistic entrepreneur, modern creative, and wild boy mom, I'm family first and passionate about everything wellness, well-being and quality of life. I have over two decades as a professional in the wellness world, however my most important work has happened over the last decade as I’ve embraced conscious parenting and partnership. I feel exceptionally grateful to have invested deeply in my family foundation and to integrate powerful life skills and awareness back into my work.My zone of genius orients toward the pathfinders, the dreamers and the creatives, courageous individuals motivated to connect and reconnect with their values and create lives that feel meaningful, inspired and aligned. I feel particularly motivated to work with women and moms who have put themselves last, lost themselves, are playing small and want reconnect, recreate and explore new versions of being and doing. I truly believe that how we live our life matters and that we can co-create so much more together!I'm committed to everything life design, somatic awareness, wellness and wellbeing, intentional living, life outside the proverbial box, conscious parenting, feminine leadership and the restorative and energizing power of nature.
