Collab4Good is a social enterprise intermediary which builds the capacity and capability of learners, leaders and businesses to deliver positive social impact. Our mission is to bring people together to lead, learn, connect, and collaborate to achieve a shared vision for a just economy. Co-directing alongside three award-winning social entrepreneurs and thought leaders - Moira Were AM, Sarah Gun and Amy Orange.

I work at the intersection of business and social purpose, supporting you to question, explore and act on your potential for creating social and environmental impact. I collaborate with others working in social enterprise and innovation, through coaching startups, running and facilitating workshops, measuring and showcasing business impact, and getting involved in various projects that sit in an alternative, more inclusive and regenerative economy. Odissea is a co-operative of social workers, psychologists, anthropologists, sociologists, linguistic and cultural mediators, language teachers and experts in immigration legislation. Our aim is to respond to the challenges of contemporary society in a positive and fruitful way, enhancing our skills and becoming creative entrepreneurs.Alongside the team of partners, I provided the co-op with direction and participated in drafting internal strategies, development programs and management structures. I was predominantly involved with Odissea's asylum seeker and refugee programs.

Involved in the development of Humankind Film Festival presented by HRAFF. Responsible for engaging a community of Melbourne-based hospitality social enterprises in the co-creation of the festival's Menu for Impact.

EU funded capacity building projects LUDEM and LUMIT are help desks aimed at providing support and networks for asylum seekers, refugees and other migrants to facilitate their access to local administrative, bureaucratic and general care services.
