- Managing national and international projects (more than 50 projects per year).- Acquisition of needs and requirements, working together with customers and sales dept.- Communicating project features to designers and technical teams in order to define optimal schedule.- Analysing supply needs to meet deadlines and costs expectations, and working together with supply chain and procurements to identify potential suppliers and process improvements.- Supervision of every project activity in order to intercept problems and act accordingly.- Working closely with legal counsels to verify supply contracts and negotiate deals with suppliers in order to preserve and boost projects’ profitability.- Acting as a pivotal role for every aspect of the logistics and administration of each project, including operations review in order to obtain certifications and proposals of new procedures to speed up processes.- Preparing project presentation to attend tenders and bids.- Acting as main point of contact for customers throughout projects’ developments.- Reporting to management and delivering final projects presentations.

- Cooperating with customers and sales dept to ensure perfect definition of products requirements.- Prototype technical drawings (2D and 3D) and coordination of external designers.- Scheduling timings and steps to provide projects guidelines.- Budgeting for project running and for material purchasing.- Acting as main point of contact for customers to follow up on projects phases, negotiate additional costs and conditions and make sure problems are solved.- Holding successful relationships with supplier to obtain best prices and conditions, in line with budget and deadlines.- Supervising project stages, quality and internal and external technical team in order to guarantee on-time delivery.- Working both in office and on site to ensure perfect vision at all production stages.

- Acting as main point of Sales Technical Support, running technical presentations of product features at the customers’ premises.- Designing products according to customers’ needs and requirements.- Quality control and supervision of project stages.
