• Responds to fire alarms with a designated fire company working on the scene at fire emergencies fighting fires and performs emergency support activities, as required • Exerts extensive physical activity climbing and raising ladders to extended heights and using firefighting and emergency rescue tools and equipment to forcibly enter burning structures through smoke filled passages and/or confined spaces to rescue victims and to extinguish fires • Responds to emergency incidents using systematic search and evacuation procedures and location and excavation devices to safely locate and free victims • Participates in company drills on firefighting techniques, emergency medical services, the handling and extinguishing of hazardous materials, extrication of victims and related safety processes and procedures • Neutralizes and contains hazardous agents and evacuates areas and persons at risk • Provides basic life support emergency medical services to injured or ill persons at fire scenes and at emergency or disaster incidents • Attends firefighting and emergency medical services classes • Receives and transmits fire alarms at fire stations, maintains fire equipment apparatus, and cleans and maintains station house premises

• Conduct daily facility walk thrus to ensure the cleanliness of the facility• Enthusiastically greet (Hello & Good Bye) each member and guest promptly to create a welcoming and friendly environment for all members and guest• Provides security and control at the front desk• Properly check in each member into the facility • Monitor check-ins to identify delinquent accounts and handle each delinquent account professionally• Signing up guest for yearly, monthly, weekly, and day passes• Answers phone by the third ring in a professional and courteous manner and uses proper phone etiquette and greeting techniques.

Job Duties:• Perform triage - greet patients, obtain and record vital signs, blood pressure, temperature, pulse, respiration, height, weight, drug allergies, current medications and presenting problem• Administer ordered medications and/or vaccines via oral, injection, topically, rectal, ophthalmic, and/or inhalant administration• Perform EKG’s, run urine, strep and flu tests• Prepare, clean and sterilize instruments; stock and clean exam rooms; dispose of contaminated items• Document patient tests and examination results in medical record as directed by provider• Ensure safety checklists/quality controls are completed as required• Provide for patient safety and protection of patient privacy rights• Perform other duties as assigned by practice manager, MA Lead or as requested by healthcare provider
