I currently work remotely from home as Client Service Manager for a project dedicated to one of the most valuable brand of IT field. I manage & coordinate a remote team of 6 people who deliver training activity in Italy on both IT and Telephony contents. I am responsible of the communication flow between the team & our Client. I also help my Manager managing the administrative side of the business by gathering and classifying all the documentation and internal procedures. Before, I had the opportunity to gain a wide range of experience of Sales and Account Management in Unified Communications, both in Italy & Ireland.I worked as Account Manager at PGi from January 2011 until December 2015, when all PGi Sales offices in Europe closed. I looked after SMB as well as key accounts for Italy and was an expert in web,video & audio conferencing software solutions for on line collaboration. I managed the portfolio of Italian customers of many industries of IT,Pharmaceuticals,Finance,Bank, Manufacturing and many more. Among my KPI’s I was asked to establish relationships within Telecommunication business and identify opportunities, sell PGi products and services directly to existing accounts or specified strategic accounts, trying to grow the base revenue and do upselling and cross selling.Working remotely and reporting in English helped me develop good self-planning, organization and problem solving abilities, as well as good communication and interpersonal skills both in Italian and English. I gained strong sales approach. In PGi I provided on line demoes and training to our customers through cloud collaboration solutions & worked closely with other Teams. I also had face-to-face meetings at C-level, as well as with IT or Procurement departments or decision makers for conferencing needs. We used Salesforce to track our activities.I enjoy working in a challenging international and intercultural environment, where I can add significant value to the company.I speak fluent English and other languages too. I also had au-pair experience both in a family in Ireland and as student in Tokyo at a Japanese hosting family in 2004.
