• Provides technical support for internal end users on tools used by clients of StartVirtual.• Responds to tool issues raised by users and coordinates with the dialer support representative to have the issue fixed.• Troubleshoot and diagnose basic problems with the dialer.• Assists all internal clients on dialer related concerns.• Uploads and Recycles campaigns for cold calling and texting platform.• Ticket Administrator – ensures all ticket requests are addressed on a timely manner.• Lead Generation – pulls up list from different sites and skip trace as necessary.• Setting up of client CRMs.• Facilitates dialer walkthrough as requested.• Extracts reports and emails it to the SSMs and CSMs.• Creates technical and procedural documentation for internal user of StartVirtual.• Keeps current with the updates on dialers and texting platforms.• Conducts PTG (Percent to Goal) auditing.• Conducts Attendance, QA, and PTG audit and updating of records for Operations’ scorecard.• Dialer Maintenance – ensures all users are active, purchase phone numbers as necessary, assign campaigns to users, monitors post call of VAs.• Admin task – audits daily deliverables, ensures all reports are sent on a timely manner.• Contributes to departmental projects as assigned.• Performs other related duties as assigned.
