Manage strategic projects to onboard new players indigitization, tokenization, and new technologies to be part of global payment network.• Advise technically new customers like fintechs ,issuers and acquirers to launch new products and how to integratethem in our systems.• Manage pipeline and work closely with Market Development and Product team to understand and prioritize new products and projects to be launched (wallets, click to pay,etc)• Support and identify business opportunities, understanding new payment flows and technologies to help customersinnovate and increase revenue.• Analyze operational and transactional data to help customers improve their performance an reduce fraud in payment flows.• Develop strong working relationships, with all stakeholders throughout internal and external organizations to support and deliver projects successfully.• Train new players in payments ecosystem how to operate new implemented products in Mastercard Network and understand the International and Mexican Market.
