Arianne David, co-founded Sulit.com.ph (now Carousell Philippines) with her husband, RJ David. She came up with the idea of creating a classifieds website as an experiment in 2006. From 2009 to 2015, she worked as the Head of Operations and later as the Head of Culture and Values, wherein she was mainly responsible for building a strong and happy organizational culture. Arianne and RJ are setting up a brand new start-up called Innovation Love focusing on OnePropertee, a mortgage fintech startup. In her free time, Arianne engages herself in community efforts, focusing on women empowerment and children’s education. She also loves traveling and exploring new destinations as a perfect way to unwind and learn new things.Arianne has been given the MVP Bossing award by PLDT in November 2012 and was featured on the cover of Entrepreneur Magazine in May 2014.
