Responsible for supporting Business Development colleagues to close new and recurring revenue business by delivering exceptional project leadership and value to diverse clients, including government organizations, private foundations, health plans, pharmaceutical manufacturers, and clinical research organizations. Routinely represented PLM as an external speaker and thought leader at meetings and conferences with organizations such as Harvard Business School, the Cleveland Clinic, the National Institutes of Health, the Department of Veteran Affairs, the National Institute of Mental Health, CenterWatch, and UCB Inc.’s annual International Senior Management meeting.Successfully negotiated and closed four unprecedented partnership deals in the team’s inaugural years, resulting in thousands of new patient referrals. Managed internal marketing and communications team in the development of promotional campaigns and delivery to partner client. Collaborated with partners to develop high-yield communication channels to attract new member referrals.Booked over $4 million in revenue to date. Maintained responsibility for account management of PLM’s longest-running strategic partnership, Oversaw the continuous improvement of features of the epilepsy community in order to enable patients to actively manage their health through self-monitoring and peer-based learning. Led first-in-class partnership between PLM and the Department of Veteran Affairs (VA). Responsible for coordinating a cross-functional working group of PLM and VA employees to build new infrastructure onto the PLM software platform, submit the clinical protocol for IRB approval, launch the study and recruit veterans to participate. Successfully enrolled over 200 veterans with epilepsy into the official study. Presented regular progress updates to pharmaceutical and PLM executives, management consultants, and the Undersecretary for Health Affairs at the VA.
