Functions: Over-all in-charge of the Human Resources Operations, from Recruitment/Manpower sourcing, Employee Orientation, Employee Monitoring, Employee Benefits, prepares Mandatory Contributions, prepares Payroll, prepares and serves Memorandum to employees with infractions, performs, prepares communications/business letters, assists and attends to the President’s and VP’s concerns from time to time, coordinates with heads for meetings/planning and brain storming, safe-keeps the employees 201 files and updates it from time to time, holds records of employees related to SSS/Phic/HDMF/BIR and files it to respective agencies, process pre-employment documents of new employees and conducts pre-orientation and holds meetings with managers in identifying grey areas for improvement and the like, attends seminars/trainings as company representative.

Functions: In-charge of daily monitoring of time and attendance of employees, investigates/prepares and serves memorandum to employees with infractions, performs recruitment and manpower sourcing, encodes communications/business letters, assists and attends to the General Managers concerns from time to time, coordinates with OIC’s for meetings/planning and brain storming, safe-keeps the employees 201 files and updates it from time to time, holds records of employees related to SSS/Phic/HDMF/BIR and files it to respective agencies, process pre-employment documents of new employees and conducts pre-orientation and holds meetings with managers in identifying grey areas for improvement and the like, attends seminars/trainings as company representative.

Functions: Identifies problems in training and development and addresses it during monthly meetings, conducts orientation to all levels new employees, drafts company policies for manager’s approval, prepares training reports/matrix every month, coordinates with supervisors/oic of departments for training needs, creates business letters/communication letters, attends job fairs, visits different branches for training implementations.

Functions: Conducts daily classroom lessons to students from elementary and high school levels, handles English/Filipino/Religion/Science/Computer subjects, in-charge of the advisory class given, prepares all the papers and records of students from time to time, drafts business letters, hosts school events and implements school policies.
