As an Onsite Support, I installed and configured Sun Life software on new computers for onboarding employees, ensuring smooth functionality. I performed hardware upgrades, such as RAM replacements, and managed software updates on older computers, boosting efficiency and performance. In addition, I provided technical support to Sun Life staff, troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, which contributed to maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

As a camp counselor, I created a positive and engaging environment for campers, helping the kids learn and grow while having fun experiences. Every day I would supervise their daily activities, lead outdoor adventures, organize games and crafts, ensure camper's safety, and facilitate a sense of community. Displayed strong communication and leadership skills effectively guide and inspire campers, while promoting a memorable and fun camp experience.
