ob Description :~ Deciding suitable welding processes & weld joint design for various highly critical equipment in Process Plants, Baseplate pump, piping and tank.~ Preparation of WPS/ PQR as per ASME, AWS, API, ASTM and other International National standards.~ Prepare for Welder Qualifications ~ Prepare WPS register for submission to Client of each Project.~ Decide Testing requirements (Non Destructive & Destructive) as per ASME, AWS, API, ASTM, other International / National standards + customer specifications. Conversant with welding processes and approval of WPS / PQR, he should be aware with all NDT Methods.~ Preparation and issuance of shop weld plan and shop Repair weld plan.~ Development and implementation of new welding technologies and as a Trainer Welding and materials.~ Responsible for the quality of the welding.
