Maintain records of equipment used in order to monitor performance and facilitates planning for maintenance and supplies; set up, operate and take down audio and video equipment (such as television cameras, sound and editing equipment, lights, photographic and graphic equipment) in the studio, control room, and at field locations; troubleshoot during production, adjust and diagnose problems in broadcast quality audio and video production equipment; work independently on field assignments to create quality video and sound for video program production; operate a full range of audio and video equipment to provide special effects, sound, and pictures of high technical quality; operate the City’s production facility to perform post-production duties of editing, dubbing, and duplicating tapes, photographing subjects or scenes; dubs videotapes for the City’s cable television programming, the County Library, and individual requests; assist staff, residents, and volunteers at public access workshops with the development of ideas for video productions; work with Rialto Chamber of Commerce, and other community groups, to produce regular programming which fits their needs; and update Rialto Network community informer. Perform related duties and responsibilities as required.
