We developed/delivered innovative proposals to aid Johnson & Johnson's pharmaceutical subsidiary, Janssen, in enhancing its relationship with one of its strategic clients and maintaining its competitive advantage in Mexico.Leadership. Lead group of six student consultants in twice-weekly internal meetings and twice-weekly meetings with Janssen Mexico in-country lead, LATAM Regional VP for Market Access, and other team members.Market research. Analyze Mexican pharmaceutical environment to determine how Janssen can maintain profitability in a region where pricing is the primary strategy.
