An initiative by Berlin’s Ministry of Economic Affairs to connect German-Asian startup ecosystem through StartUp AsiaBerlin (SUAB) platform. The project has successfully bring together industry experts, senior Government officials of both Germany, Indonesia and participating Asian countries such as India, Philippines, China and Singapore to share best practices while nurturing partnership in both private and public domain.

G20 Empower Advocate is an executive of the private sector, nominated by the Indonesian Government (Ministry of Women Empowerment and Children Protection), who serves as a liaison between G20 Empower and the respective government. As a representative at G20, the Advocate's role includes the following:- Championing G20 Empower's messages and findings as well as promoting actions (such as recommendations) across industries in the private sector on behalf of the national G20 Empower member.- Providing content and expert input to the national G20 Empower member by sharing background analysis and data, as well as sharing thoughts on policy and recommendations.-Leveraging their network helping the G20 Empower's member reach out to additional experts or key contacts in the private sector and assisting if needed in securing additional respondents for data collection or survey distribution.

Amartha is a social enterprise in the form of co-operative which focuses on affordable financial services for the low-income people in remote rural areas without access to financial institutions.Amartha applies the business model of group-based lending and equipped with voluntary saving product with sharia principle (Islamic Microfinance). Amartha serves more than 20.000 members today in the poorest region of West Java. We aim at alleviating 1,000,000 more families by 2020 to ensure we are part of the solutions to make a happier, wealthier Indonesia.

Accomplishment : Completed tech infrastructure development for a regulatory compliance project to strengthen Citi Indonesia's surveillance and prevention system towards the risks of money laundering and terrorist financing.

Accomplishment : Initiate the Jakarta Initiative Project to exercise Group's global strategic planning in expanding influence and outreach to Indonesian local businesses and public sectors. The project consists of establishments of strategic partnership and alliances with policy makers, public and private sectors, major player in industries and key-economic drivers.

Accomplishment : Establish operational risk profiles dashboard and analysis to comply with Basel II regulation. Setting up parameter, perform risk indicator analysis and determine risk level and mitigation efforts required in the area of banking operations. Produce periodical risk profile report and remedial actions towards risk potential and risk events.

Accomplishment : Completed due diligence prior to share purchase agreement between BTMU and a local Indonesian bank. Setting up initial organization post M&A in the area of controls (compliance, risk management and audit) while at the same time liaise with regulators concerning administrative requirements of M&A. Performing operational streamlining and setting up new SOP and overall business process of the bank post acquisition.

Accomplishment : Established standard best practice (SOP, guidelines and education materials) for operations department to prevent occurrence of risk events. Performed Business Process Reengeineering (BPR).
